This 1/25 resin Mopar 727 Torqueflite Long tail shaft automatic transmission is cast as a one-piece case, so you don’t have to deal with seams and it comes with a separate oil pan that will aid in painting.

This transmission was originally from the Revell ’68 Dodge Dart Hemi kit that I made a few modifications before casting it. There are a couple of different versions of the A727 in kit form, and this is the best choice I’ve seen. It was necessary to sacrifice another engine for the transmission, but the details are crisp, which is carried over into this resin casting. Some changes were made to help clean it up like removing the molded in cooler lines, so it will be a one-of-a-kind transmission that you won’t find anywhere else. The master was first assembled and then cast as a one-piece case, so you will not have to deal with any seams.
This auto transmission comes with a separate oil pan that was stripped of chrome for a clean casting, which will make it easier for you to paint a different color. Length is 36mm x width 20mm x 17mm height.

Excellent! Whether you buy the plain or painted version, you won’t be disappointed. I have only one complaint about action-modelers work, they do limited production runs. That being said, action-modeler’s parts are second to none so I respect the choice of quality over quantity.
